Shahab Mahdavi
RGA AIL/NIL
At a young age, Shahab started his career working in restaurants and later for The United Nations and Wall Street, where he decided to switch gears and become an entrepreneur. Shahab soon joined an international company, where he also kick started a successful team in New York and is looking to share those same opportunities and take his company to the next level.
Parisa Shahbazi
Marketing Manager
Graduating from NYIT with a Bachelor’s of Architecture, and years in the design industry working with multiple successful companies, Parisa realized that she had a passion for helping people. Parisa is now the key advisor for all marketing operations and assists with recruiting top talent for our team.

Magaly Fernandez

Cuban born, Magaly started her career as a nurse and later became an all-time professional flamenco dancer "Bailaora" traveling around the world. In 2018 she decided to join our team and became “Rookie of the Year”. Naturally competitive, Magaly succeeds at everything she throws herself into. She is now our top producer and looking to help train and develop other like-minded individuals in our Spanish division.
Derron has over a decade of experience in the fashion industry while working with many leading designers. He later joined AIL/NIL where after 12 years with the company he has been able to build an extensive real estate portfolio. In 2020 he moved into our team and is continuing his successful streak.

Asad Ahmed
General Manager
After graduating with a BA in Biology, Phyo pursued music, real estate and hospitality. She decided to take a different direction in life and be part free-lance and part team manager. Going on nine years with the company, Phyo has performed and exceeded expectations to land her at her current position.
Asad brings multiple years of experience in the retail and hospitality industries. While he was pursuing his Master’s degree, Asad decided to master entrepreneurship. He has been with our team for over five years and has accomplished and achieved multiple promotions. Climbing the ladder into management, Asad never sees an opportunity where he feels is challenging and is looking to create this mindset with individuals who join the team.
Cheneise Carey
Recruiting Manager
After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Cheneise never let that get in her way. She has earned three degrees and a Master’s in computer science. She now brings her knowledge and experience to our company and has revitalized our recruiting tactics along with quality control.
